That got near the 50 fibo retrace and closed my short on the bounce. Must confess I was expecting a deeper retrace to 61.8 (1.9281) or even close to 100%. Half position left running short, nervously! With a stop at 46.

I'm kinda looking for the pull back from this 60/70 area, with an entry for a long around the 280/300 area.

But then again if the little sod just takes off, I'll still be happy.

1. Long at 74 with a tight stop of 20 pips
2 .Instant order short @ 60 with a stop @ 80.

Anyone got any reasonable explanation for how PPI figured showing double the expected rise in inflation can be bad for the dollar !?!?!?!??
