I agree...no sleeping constant trading..lack of concentration and just aggressive trading ....screwed up my day to be honest I think I just got impatient with cable....

Cable moved in a narrow range. Sorry to hear you have had a difficult day. Dont be too hard on yourself, we all loose many trades, and trading guarantees that we have days like this.

Narrow range!!! About the only thing you could do wrong today was short under 30 or long above 70! The whole day apart from one spike has been in about a 50 point range. I set out to scalp the market this morning and have still had trouble making more than the swissie lost me, and that wasn't a lot.

Ah, I understand. I have made a promise to myself only to long the DOW on decent pull backs. Sympathies for your losses, only lent, back soon no doubt.

everything is rangebound today even the Dow doing pretty much what was expected if it can stay on track give another low and mid into close and give the late signal then we should see fireworks tomorrow for both FTSE and Dow big fireworks
Cable still has 575 outstanding a late 434 would put it still on target
