Yeah that's right.

All this talk of having to do a deal is just cobblers. WTO rules 2.5% max tariffs (goes both ways) no problem.

These clowns in the EU living in cuckoo land if they think they are the Ones in a strong negotiating position. May will tell them to ^+*& off, I have no doubts about it.

Marine Le Pen Loses Immunity, Could Face Prosecution for Posting Photos of ISIS Victims on Twitter

"Could this, perhaps, be because Le Pen, an anti-establishment candidate, actually has a decent chance of winning the French presidential election in April?

Regardless, it’s absurd that posting pictures of ISIS executions on the Internet is illegal in France. Marine is facing charges of “publishing violent images”, which may result in three years in prison and a fine of 75,000 Euros.

Even if Le Pen’s legal woes are unrelated to her problematic views, this is exactly the kind of tactic one would expect the globalist ruling class to implement against dissenters. They clearly can’t come out and charge Le Pen with “opposing globalism”, but they can look for any excuse to take her out through other means."

They don't like truth getting out. Unfortunately for them, people are waking up. For years westerners in the middle ground have been side lined, silenced, undermined and sold down the river. Political correctness, censorship, promotion of minority interest rights coupled with a total disregard for individual and collective responsibilities. Governments have presided over and encouraged all this nonsense and they will now face the backlash.

Unfortunately, they're being side-lined, silenced, undermined and sold down the river again, only by a different contingent, and they'll end up in exactly the same place, or worse.

Well the good people of the UK and the US have given their verdict and that is that. How it all unfolds is anyones guess. It's not possible to deny this new direction of travel, there will be no going back, only more countries joining the trend.

How it all unfolds is a matter of history, and there's nothing new about the direction of travel. "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."

Is this an admission that Obama, Soros, Tony Blair, George W. Bush sold their people "down the river"?

Given verdict? What do they know?

Promise them their jobs back and control migration as a form of implying there'll be more NHS and housing to serve their needs as prices come down and their wages grow. Peaople will believe what they are told if it suits their interest.

It seems giving a verdict on false lies and promises implies we have now identified the problem, root causes and have the solutions.

New direction of travel??? To where?

Nothing, absolutely nothing has been delivered other than great deal of uncertainty in response to governments fecking up the banking crises, which the foundations were laid by the very governments you guys; in UK and US now supporting.

Believe and follow our elected monkies taking us to the new promised land.

Sounds good though :cheesy:

As predicted months ago, the good people of Scotland are not in support of another indy referendum. Perhaps they should now turn their attention to holding Sturgeon and the SNP to account over day to day governance of their country.

Spot on :)

SNP conference soon, where wee Nicola can make a complete fool of herself by declaring indyref2.
The fallout from this announcement will be well worth following. (y)

According to R4 Scotland does 4 times more trade with England than it does with the EU. The new politics isn't about good sensible decisions. So let's assume there is a second referendum on Scottish independence which is won by the nationalists. Would it be possible for the UK to sort of hold together for foreign policy etc. with Scotland in the EU and subject to thousands of their rules and regulations and England out ?
All their trade with the UK would be then subject to tariffs plus any goods going to Europe or back via the Tunnel would cost plenty.
Perhaps a duel nationality could be worked out where Scottish companies could use free trade with England and vice versa. So you have an English company with an office in Scotland claiming free entry into the EU market. And Scottish companies with an office in England.

It is simply a case of countries aligning them selves with a new strategy and vision for moving forward.

Members are FREE to choose. There is no COMPULSION.

Either move away to one of many new agreements or come together with fiscal harmonisation of policies.

Roll forward another 40-50 years and we'll have a better vision of how all these momentous period of change and transition has worked out.

Better get the analysis and calculations right as the ramifications will not be in 100s of billions but more in trillions.

No laughing or gloating matter just yet!!!
