It is all a Fugazsy

took 10 pips out here, went short below the shaved bar just after the large trend bar after the box, my SL was just above it, a bit lucky here but was not triggered, I guess the bears that shorted with me were protecting their position and others thought was a good place to get in, looks like I cut my profit early, but I was aware that I entered late, the best place to get in was into the range (box) below the shaved bear bar, but myself I do not like to trade range and the low of the shaved bar was near the bottom range, probably the best trade would be to sell at limit the top of the range with the SL above resistance of 67.....

hey but all easy in hindsight, but is good to have a look what best could have been done.....

this is the range box on the 1m TF, Bob Volman is specialised in BO boxes like this, I suggest you view his weekly trades.

Would be a good idea to switch down to the 1m TF in a range like this and trade that style, it is much cleared........if we know what we are doing.

Done for the day, made a few mistakes because of lack of focus, some days it is very difficult to maintain focus....still working on it.

One trade and all green.

could this be the bulls sniffing an upward move here on EU

I do not know mate, but you do like to trade against the strength, don't you?

If you do you have to be very nimble.....anyway price got again to the lower channel line...

My perception and my advice is to learn to trade countertrend against the weakness.......

There are times when counter trend gives better probability but only when it has showed signs of strength in that direction.....

only me

Not in long yet

good...

If you want go counter trend, I suggest you to have a considerable break of the trend line, even then prices will try to test the recent low, there a test, an undershoot or an overshoot have a good chance to travel at least two legs up, but I would wait of a clear reversal to confirm it, like a strong trend bar.............

Damn, was sick and missed it all. sigh..... No trading with a fever. Learned that the hard way a few years ago!

Make sense to me, sometime if I am bit too stressed about something I either skip the day or trade demo, but normally I would just do something else.
