The clue on the EU was 3 52 pm made 0993 and then 3 58/9 next low was higher at 0994

96 was OK to buy and so far the scalp buy bounce as made 1008/9

We need to go 30 min from 3 52 pm with no breach of 0993 or 0990 now

Back again later this hour

4 45 pm was the interim high for now at 1018/19

Supports are still there from about 0998 - 1005 for another try up

No over 1021/ 25 then would be another sell

Any sell making under both 0998 and 0990 can be held longer for a try lower

Finished now for day

I think the UChf dropped first before 3 52pm and the rises of the EU / GU and EJ after 4 00 pm

The reversals after 4 00 pm lead to

UChf - falling about 25 pips

EU - rising about 22 pips or so

EJ - rising about 24 pips

GU - rising about 32 pips

I only caught 2 out the 4 - and not the best 2 - with GU making the larger move

Out of interest will see next what the GJ and EA made if they too turned at similar time

EA turned out the biggest mover out of those 2 with approx 38 pip move up - GJ only a few more pips than GU but with larger pullbacks in between

GU- After 6 00 pm today - an easy one whilst awaiting the chinese takeaway

Today its moved up 180 pips from its low

I finished trading over an hour ago - but left some 30% stakes on with stops in profit - which I try and check at least once an hour if I am about

This move up after 6 00 pm was too good not to scalp

It fitted my set up to a tee

The probability of it rising more must have been over 75% - so well worth taking after the end of 6 00 pm TW as 6 09 pm

As i Type and post at 6 55 pm - and I have definitely finished scalping now - although still leaving a 30% on again - it gone up 42 pips from entry

Now thats only 8 pips off my normal daily target - and its the end of the trading day for me - i need not trade tomorrow - lol

Before I leave to get my beauty sleep - I will move my 30% stake stop in profit up to 5630 now

We never fell below 5621 after 7 00 pm so still in the trade

We need over 39 and 44 to stay with buys - it might happen but tend to think I will just get stopped out now

Wednesday 15th July 2015 - Pre Open Time

Good Morning Guys

Interesting day with regards to the Greek Bailout

Will they achieve stage 1 today - ie getting the agreement passed through their own government ?

Noticed quite a lot of other red news as well today - starting with the UK Pound at 9 30 am UK time

I have started off pre 6 00 am ( 5 53 am ) with scalp buys on 2 yen crosses - ie EJ and UJ and this then changed after 6 09 am - end of the TW - with just one scalp sell on the EJ

Normally my first scalps of the morning are after 3 -7 pips - I look for getting pips in the kitty

I am not here over the London Open at 8 00 am - but should be back for the Pound news at 9 30 am and then hope to get a few hrs in this morning and same after Lunch are early US session

Otherwise - normal stuff

All contributions on FX are welcome - ie calls - charts - forecasts - ideas - queries etc etc

Before i post the LitS areas for the main pairs I look at trading - just an update on the EJ scalps

The one at 5 53 am made me just 5 pips

The sell at 6 09 / 10 am ( another KT) - so far dropped 15 pips

I expect a bounce so will peel down to 30% with stop in profit at 76

6 30 am update

End of time window and after 6 09 am was like the EJ - a scalp sell

I did not take it for a start - only the EJ sell - as was also in the UJ at that time as a buy - but exited that within 4 mins later making 5 pips from my initial entry around 5 53am

The EU is presently under its LitS area - favouring sells and basically saying a bearish bias

This would all change back above 1120 with any scalp buys possible to hold on longer above 1005 and 09

Under 1002 - its just sells for now on any pullbacks staying under that level

I am sure we will get some trickery going on over next 2 hrs - but at least by having the key intraday levels for short term trading in the morning session - you have then your guidelines

Yesterday it moved up approx 180+ pips

Last night my 30% stop in profit on a buy was taken out at 5630

For this morning I look upon it still being bullish for the morning session whilst we stay above the 5630/35 area

6 30 am was another scalp buy - but we need to see above 5650 & 55 to stay with buys

Would only hold scalp sells on longer under 5630 and 20

I exited 70% with 14 pips and did not wait to be taken out my 30% stake - as after 6 30 am and 6 39 am the EJ was a scalp buy

It did manage to get my previous stop in profit at 76 by making 78

78 and 6 48 am was the next scalp sell

We need under 66 and 60 to stay with the sell

will wait to see if anything for 7 08 /10 am and if not will just sit on hands to after 7 21 am

Interesting trick there and a good way to change the bias on the dollar

At Open the dollar was stronger than others

12 mins later - changed again with dollar weakness coming in at 7 10 am

I took both scalp buys on the EJ and UJ

The UJ looked the most bullish

But in the end - the EJ made me 17 pips - the UJ only 5 pips

While this was going on also the EU rose approx 14 pips - assisted by the low holding over 30 mins with no breach
