Dropped approx 30 pips from 7 00 am

Then from 8 00 am - bounced back up over 27 pips

Over 60 pips of moves - - now made 13 pips of them - I do need a bacon sarnie and a litre of coffee to wake up I reckon - still its a Monday morning - as my other excuse ;-)
