ulvr looks like a good stock to trade the swings on. looks
good on the chart . Anymore like that in your bag of goodies

Someone mentioned float/3month volume ma as his stock filter.
That's why I asked about the ftse 12.
I want a core of stocks to trade with the index.

not a bad day....closed short 10 points too early but wasn't expecting the drop into the close but still a good trade. Other than that been quite a boring day.

jonnyy

here's my ftse 14 by capitalisation. if you just want 12 get the
scissors out :D

high volume today didn't make much of a dent in tuesday's
rise and took it nowhere near the support area created by that
long white candle. support comes in at 435 which is only 2 points
beneath the 437 support from 9/2 high - that might make it
significant :?:

ps: forgot to draw in possible resistance @ 468 from top of 29/1
long black which maybe stalled today's rise :?:

Oh dear, and there is me thinking I had won a convert to the 1 hr .

quel domage, mon ami

there was a break of the 1 hr. So how so you know when a break is not a break??

hardly ?. I have only a one plot break.
no guarantees of course, but it was the first pull back below the 1 day which is normally just a retest when the macd is breaking zero.

ahh ok (i had a 5 min candle close above the 1hr but I closed at 52 anway so it didnt come into it)

morning Fin

I do trade both cash and futures with cmc.
but try to restrict what I post here to just day trading.

It was called a day trading thread originally but it made the title too long to get on one line

lol
