I follow 15 minute trends and tend to classify all the trades against the trend as speculative.

news can go either way,theres no point in not trading a system through news for the odd time i get caught out.Maybe I should have waited untill after as it was only 10 mins away

stopped out my self for -16 on eur/usd

forexfactory news time was set wrong on my time zone so thaught i had at least an hour to uk rate decsion and ecb decision
anyway move mistakes happen better not to trade to close to these massive announcements

Afternoon all... Well, I've been busy with the kids the last couple of days and have missed a load of setups 😡

Lord, you should be thankful your first bad day has been caused by news! Maybe a lesson to be learned there.. ?

I'll try and get some screentime in later in the NY and possibly some of the Asian session although they're never really any good for me so we'll see.

Trichet's speech on it's way. IMO Shouldn't be any surprises after this. Only thing - I can't find a good set up at the moment.
