their buying causes monthly distortions in the market, prices being strongest when the dumb money is buying., 7 days before the end of the month is best time to get long

aye, people often talk about following the institutional "smart" money but, as far as the funds are concerned they are not "smart" - they must merely react to the money flow and that's geared by the man in the street.

keep eye on BP 453 at 7 month resistance. previously around these levels the FTSE100 put in august highs
