Bit of a bounce in the US after hours market.
Might give me something to sell into for the ASX.

Or you could just buy it !
I just do both.
No way I can lose then.
... the move is being caused by the Bank of Japan looking to change the structure of its asset purchases, largely as a result of how poorly its asset purchase program has worked thus far. ...that throws into question the sustainability of the ECB’s asset purchase program, and you have a move higher in longer-term bonds, which no one is positioned for.
....
FTSE very scrappy this am. A drift downward but not very convincing, so lots of whipsaws - not good for tight stops! 6675 held quite well now sp @6670. Think we could get a break upward, if not back to 6655ish.
Ftse powering ahead, wont go below 6675 again this week.

I think we need to recalibrate the lexicon of the forum as powering and the ubiquitous pair of pump and dump don't quite mean the same to me and maybe one or two others, add to that s/r levels now quoted at 10 point intervals.
A 35 point move on the ftse (in the up direction) is powering ahead for her. Yes volatility has increased but its still a big move.
Ftse is currently retesting the 6700 level and putting in a bottom. You will start to see higher lows and higher highs forming.
Not interested in what we might see, ...
I put money down on what I 'might see' so thats ALL I'm interested in.
I know and when it goes wrong you put more money down, I can read.
The way it's looking. He's right
