Thanks for the feedback. I will stick to IE, and as I know what the problem is am OK with it, it was just frustrating when I was trying to track it down, I was convinced it was a virus checker running in the background until I looked a bit deeper. I Have IE 7.0 on another computer so I was going to see if that had the same issue however I had to roll it back as Reuters web based application (which I use for one of my feeds) won't work with IE 7.0
