A judge in Multnomah County, Oregon is under investigation for allegedly helping an illegal immigrant evade federal authorities.

On Jan. 27, Mexican national Diddier Pacheco Salazar appeared before Judge Monica Herranz in a DUI case. After it came to Herranz's attention that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were in the hallway, she allegedly had Salazar leave her courtroom through her private entrance, Fox 12 Oregon reported Tuesday.

U.S. Attorney Billy Williams raised the issue when ICE agents notified him of the incident.

"I felt that it was inappropriate and delegitimizes the work of ICE agents who are out there doing their jobs," Williams said.

"When you're talking about the judicial system, whether it's federal or by state, you have an expectation that people are going to abide by the law and not take steps based on their own motivations, their own politics, whatever the motivation was," Williams added.

I was shocked and stunned to hear American public agreeing with the Environmental changes and cutting back on regulating industry!!!

Green energy is a highly advantageous new industry which is still in its infant stages by many. There is already a growing industry in solar panels and battery driven bikes, cars and soon many more gadgets.

China is effectively re-inventing the roof and some even road surface material that'll revolutionise how new structures are built able to generate power. Heard on the radio that large pig farmers in China will be encouraged and helped to put solar panels on roofs and extra energy will generate income for them.


It really is folly on a gigantic stage by the US administration imo.


It basically, is losing a competitive edge and can only perpetuate economic downfall of her industries only to be over taken by Asian and Europeans.


It sometimes feels like watching a car crash in slow motion. 😱

Depends on whom one asks and how one asks:

For example, those who depended on coal and bought the Republican line that they lost their jobs because of environmental regulations will be against them. But those who understand that coal is a dying industry and that jobs have been lost largely because of cheaper natural gas may not be as anti-regulation.

It always pays to consider the source and how the study/poll was conducted. There is a great deal of drama these days due largely to the competition for clicks.

But of course the chief emphasis of our government just has to be abortion. Everything else can go hang.

HOUSTON (AP) — Two MS-13 gang members from El Salvador, both in the United States illegally, held three teenage girls against their will and killed one of them in a satanic ritual, authorities in Houston said Friday.

Miguel Alvarez-Flores, 22, and Diego Hernandez-Rivera, 18, have been arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping and murder — both first-degree felonies punishable by up to life imprisonment. Bonds totaling $300,000 have been set for each, but immigration detainers will keep both behind bars.

The 15-year-old girl's body was found Feb. 16 with gunshot wounds to the face and chest.

Homicide detective Sgt. Chris Sturdivant said the girl's identity has not been officially determined but that investigators are confident they know who she is — a girl reported missing in January in nearby Jersey Village, Texas.

The captives were three "young, impressionable women" ranging in age from 14 to 16 who succumbed to the allure of gang life before being taken to an apartment and held there against their will, Sturdivant said. The 14-year-old girl told investigators that they were fed drugs and alcohol and forced to have sex.

The girl said the 15-year-old was killed in a satanic ritual because she had struck the gang's shrine to a satanic saint, according to investigators.

She told investigators that Alvarez-Flores made a peace offering to the figure in the form of a cigarette.

"He returned from the statue and told the entire group that the beast did not want a material offering but wanted a soul," state District Judge Maria Jackson said during the men's initial court appearance Wednesday.

The 14-year-old said she later awoke to find the 15-year-old gone, according to investigators.

(IBT)President Donald Trump has accused his predecessor Barack Obama of “wire tapping” Trump Tower just before the presidential election last November. The allegations were made in a series of tweets early Saturday.

"Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my 'wires tapped' in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!," Trump tweeted.

The 70-year-old also called the alleged move “a new low.”

He, however, did not back his accusations with evidence, only stating that the wire tap happened last October.

Trump is known to make several claims, which he often does not substantiate.

The allegations come months after U.S. authorities said Russia hacked the Democratic Party servers in the run-up to the 2016 elections, possibly swaying the polls in favor of Trump. Moscow has denied any wrongdoing and Trump previously said that the cyberattack did not happen.

This is not the first time Trump has personally accused Obama of wrongdoing. In 2011, and in the years following that, he raised doubts on the then president’s actual birth place — getting involved in the so-called “birther” conspiracy theory.

"Our current president came out of nowhere. Came out of nowhere," he said in a speech at Conservative Political Action Conference at the time. "In fact, I'll go a step further: The people that went to school with him, they never saw him, they don't know who he is. It's crazy."

However, during his 2016 presidential campaign, he admitted that Obama was indeed born in the U.S.

The latest allegations also follow recent reports documenting Trump team’s relations and alleged interactions with Russia. Last month, the president’s national security advisor Michael Flynn resigned after accepting that he misled Vice President Mike Pence over whether the topic of sanctions on Moscow was brought up during his talks with Russian officials.

“I inadvertently briefed the vice president-elect and others with incomplete information regarding my phone calls with the Russian ambassador,” Flynn said in his resignation letter. “I have sincerely apologized to the president and the vice president, and they have accepted my apology.”

According a recent report by the New York Times, phone records and intercepted calls showed Trump’s election campaign and several aides were in constant touch with senior Russian intelligence authorities prior to the election. The alleged communications were discovered during an investigation into the Russian cyberattacks.

Even the less fortunate and well educated, whilst not having money or influence or any say in the matter, they'll have an instinctive appreciation of how things should be. We all do as part of humanity.

These people will I think begin to see that what we are experiencing and witnessing is all getting just too much.
