Up Dow - down Dow?

And the Dow, to me anyway, looks as if its all over the place. The above shares seem to trend better, maybe most shares trend better than indicies?

Update to #24 of this thread.

I worked with a US trader once who had a second account which he used for swinging stocks that he followed intra day.He got me into doing the same thing.Sometimes you can sense a multi day move coming and its handy having a second account to put a position in, so the wiggles and jiggles of the intra day movement dont freak you out as you go for the bigger move.

I got stopped out of GOOG yesterday on one of those swing moves even though i'm trading the stock intra day,i'll attach the chart for interest.

You too Richard.

Let's hope the weather holds although a thunderstorm looks like a high probability event.

It's an interesting one I think, because price pushed up to a new high in a classical test at 10.32 and then drifted off before deciding to slump. It seems some of those who were long from earlier finally decided to take their profits.
After my exit it slipped only 4c more before bouncing to 273, then off south again, testing that minor low to 271.67 before bouncing again.

Many people think stocks like GOOG are somehow hard to trade, but there are occasions when they follow classical TA movement and are fairly easy.

Rimm again Salty

Evening trade on Rimm. Was frightened out of first attempt. Notice length of volume bar on second entry.
