hi HB, no worries, although it could have spiked the other way 🙂 I find keeping an eye on the reports schedule for the day very handy. I use the dailyfx.com calendar.

Hmmm, got a paltry 5.5pips out of the figures (Oanda's spread was 8 pips at news release), then had to leave for work.

Was wondering when 23 hours trading, 1 hours sleep was gonna catch up with you Marm! Funnily enough, because of the widening of spreads near news by the brokers, I tend to SB major news events instead.
