Might be trading more of AU and NU and even the UJ and AJ as well

Out today before 7 45 am and back after 8 30 am

Will check calender next for today and then want to see if I can get a scalp sell on UJ under 117 18

Just noticed the US have a Bank Holiday today - had not known that - so maybe this afternoon with not be that busy.

No major news AM - but a few things on EU and red news tonight on the NU

Actually mentioned a couple of things this morning

If you worried about another Black Swan event - normally you can go years with out one - but then you can have a few all in short time etc - then they always with happen exactly on the hour or half hr change in the European Session - for European currencies.

So ideally - look at scalps from say 3 mins after the hr - or at 9 mins past to 21 min or 27 mins past and similar - 2-3 mins after the half hr to 9 min too or out at least by 2 mins to hr

My normal scalps for 7 -25 pips finish under 20 mins - some might even only last 5 -15 mins - but i will be wary of trades over say 25 -28 mins this next few days.

Also maybe chose some other pairs to trade - away from EU and Swissy etc

These are just tips than give you better chances - if we do get another big even this week connected with what happened last Thursday and what's planned for this Thursday

Remember - I dont plan to be in scalps on the exact hr or exact half hr for today.

From 6 39 am to say 6 57 the EU as risen from 1556 to 1569/70 - so although I did not take it - went with AU - a possible 8 -10 pips there

Above 1560 the EU is still a scalp buy from the pullbacks

EU - 7 35 am now

So far its made 1585 and the pullback stayed above 67.

Cut off on buys is now 75 area - we might test 1590 or even 1600 - but if we fall under 1570 and 65 - change over to scalp sells etc

OK out now - back after 8 30 am

If you did get in scalp sells under 75 and at 1570 and 65 - you should have made some nice pips down to 1552.

After 8 00 am and 1556 - it was scalp buy again - and this move is now testing the 1580's again

The EU as been very readable and nice this morning

That makes a change - lol

Similar EJ also acting nicely - whilst AU and AJ seem asleep still - but UJ not too bad for its movements

The differences are big though -

ie since 8 00 am TW - UJ up approx 22 pips - EJ - in same time - approx up 55 pips - easily over double

Can you see now why I normally prefer the EJ and my spreads are 0 4 pip on UJ and still only 0 7 pip on EJ

For now range is between 1587 - say 1590 and 1550 - so approx 40 pips

We know above 1590 we have R's at 1600 -1610 and under 1550 supports at 1530 and 1510

Being a Monday with the US on Bank Holiday - it may just stay in this small range - but as we know - in FX trading - you never know whats just around the corner - so stay focused and always watch exactly on the 2 key change times etc

Sometimes you can forecast next hr - but then other times - I find I dont want to speculate above 9 -15 mins - and atm the EU is not conforming to exactly how I wanted to - so will just wait for time / LR's / and levels to line up

The EJ as risen now nearly 90 pips from LO and in last 90 mins

We have next R's at 1640 to 1650 - if we do carry on up

i am looking to try and scalp sell and buy again on a pullback staying above 1590

Price is 1615 and for now - still cannot scalp sell

That might all change in next 2 -7 mins

above 1595 - 1603 and 1608 - EU is still scalp bullish

Between 1620 and 1650 it will become a scalp sell - its just lining it up next with time and PA and Lr's
