Price was 3 pips away from SL, made a mistake, placed 40 pips ST instead of 50 pips.

What are you suggestions?

I usually find when I try to make adjustments to correct my mistakes I just make the situation worse. Most times I'll just close up shop on the trade and move on.

I went long at 1.61150 ( 07:54 a while ago)
Stop loss - 50 pips, take profit 100 pips.

Trade had already 30 pips profit, but now I'm down for 22 pips.

the big blue elipse looked like short covering to me
so there should be an air pocket to play.
