how are you supposed to trade when EJ has a sessional range of a poxy 40-50 pips?

I've had it rough of late, not down but not made any progress in Nov either apart from the first week.

Has led me to analyse my last 40 odd trades and without even realising it i've changed my style.

It seems my good run at the start of the month allowed some greed to set in and the last couple of weeks i've been holding out for bigger runs and moving my stop to break even rather then cutting the trade.

I forgot to practice what I preach and it has cost me a pip or two.

decent day in teh end after that first losing trade in the day.
ES time rather than fx time for me now. tempted to short cable hereish at 1.5930 but trying to resist
