yeah you have to cpngtw, in the weekend the markets are quiet and you can do the analysis, and then come with a plan before the week starts, never come out dont have a plan and look at the markets when they are open

We don't actually drink pints.. we drink 12 oz. cans or bottles, but I'm working on my first beer of the night. I did 61 pips this week, mostly because of my -308 pip Monday but I fought back and ended the week positive..
