IB rather puts me off as it looks very complicated (is it ?) and a deposit may be needed.
eSignal are $115 + $30 p.m. for the feed and charting package.
Bis a German outfit that a reviewer says is expensive.
Pariteck for Metastock 10 RT 1 month trial and then $235 p.m.
I was hoping for a feed and charting package at about $30 p.m. or so
Any ideas ?

Gotta have the tools but not at any price imho
The best starter real time package that I have been able to unearth is

Stockcharts.com
they seem to offer real time charts for $25.78 p.m. if you subscribe for a year.
Will let you know if anyone is interested how I get on with them

Are you saying that failure to breach the upper trendline at 580 cash would indicate a short?

I'm still short from midweek. Holding ground. Dare I say I thought it would touch 13500 but timing was a little out.

I'm now wondering if the down move is next week. I'm guessing it's likely to be.

I will be holding this position with a view that we will fall back down to 13400 before moving onwards and forwards. Ofcourse I still have 13150 pencilled in.

Don't have anything else to add really. Not my best week on the DOW might be an understatement.
