Firstly, i don't want to bore you why i was away for so long, i think you know why.

Is anyone still interested in my personal backs and my personal lay/s, if and when
i have any as i would rather be selective in what i do.

I will not up-date the results table so i would appreciate it if when i do ask how am i
doing someone can shed some light as to my performance, its to cut dow work load.
