It must be obvious by now, even to die hard remainians, that the EU is finished.
How many clues do you need !!!

I dont understand why everyone assumes that there is a negative correlation between the EU's prosperity and the UK's.
Why keep repeating that the EU is fuvked and finished . If thats true then the UK is as well whether being inside or outside the EU .
Oh really
I figure, being ahead of the curve is a better place to be. It's going to come as a big shock to those who are unprepared !

Keep that knife safe as it will be indispensable in the up coming Brexit negotiations... To open envelopes that is.
Make sure you bring a pen with you too, as you going to need that, to sign article 50 before you get to use your knife!
Harry curry, lol. I think you mean harakiri!
How's this for British ingenuity. In 1999 a British Inventor by the name of Roger Shawyer discovered thrust without requiring combustible fuel. It produces thrust by bouncing microwaves inside a cone shaped metal cavity . The controversy around this is that it breaks Newton's 3rd law. You can imagine the heat he took for it. Well NASA have released a peer reviewed paper describing the thrust exists. It is thought in space this could get humans to Mars in 70 days.

Well here is the pm of the main player in the eu hinting otherwise.“There is no à la carte menu,” he told the FT. “There is only the whole menu or none.”
He added: “Without membership of the internal market, without acceptance of the four basic freedoms of the internal market, there can, of course, be no passporting, no free access for financial products or for financial actors.”

The problem Merkel's party is facing is they have to deal with immigration because the anti immigration parties are gaining momentum and it is just a matter of time, not if, when they get into power. So Germany need to be looking to support the free movement policy but know they need to deal with it at some point.I think that you have to read, carefully, what she said and she was clear about what the UK could not do and what she was willing to discuss.
The other point to be considered is the possible outcome of the German elections, in which she may not be re-elected.
Since Theresa has not, five months later, told anyone what her plans are, all this is wishful thinking.
I suggest that the UK should do as Boy Scout says---Be Prepared.
Same applies to France and there are more countries in the same boat. If the eu doesn't deal with the issues it will implode from within as people take back power from the idiots who think the system is a keeper.
