This is partially true but always remember that any profit is a good profit so never beat yourself up over that............

The 4 hourly chart seemed to be showing resistance at 5850 but spiked after non-farms. I intended to cover but did'nt so I missed the chance to bank maybe 25 points on the hedge.

i find the hourly charts very easy to trade.
