In your opinion would you say that Dax Levels have taken into account no problem with any Court decision, and anything other than whats expected will have a negative impact............??

DAX is up 6% for the month already.
Should spiker higher with the right court decision.
Will look to sell into the spike if it happens.
But any dips should be well bid before the FED meeting.

ftse been weak against dow by about -32 so far this week. Went a little strong overnight but gave that up on open today. Will be looking for a long/short when it settles a bit and hope to get a long opportunity on ftse to enter first.
