We re dojing out for friday at a huge resistance, so might we have a downer move next week? Too. much voltility to play out for next weekend. I ll stick to 1325.

I'm going to wait until sunday night before I post a prediction in case there's any late weekend news on the US debt cr@p. Not that it matters much. If I had to rely on my longer term trading skill I'd starve to death!

Much obliged Pat, that's great. However, I'm not sure now - if it doesn't break above 1340-42 it's going back down to 1295???

Will not be placing a live trade at this moment in time until it retraces back to 1312 - which is what I think it will do. Then I'll consider longs with support at 1310s.

At this moment if I were to hazard a guess - I'd be placing a short at 1338, with target of 1318 and a SL of 1342. Like to see a clear break out which I can't at the moment.

Seems like 1330 is like good support. Lowest 1312 is too big a SL risk to take. See how it goes.


Addenda: OMG just noticed the average is down not up. Got it totally wrong I think. No wonder all mixed up. Good call guys. Feel such an idiot... . However, trade is placed so will leave it as is.

Looks like a decent trade from here. If the US settles the debt thingy by Friday then 1360 could be in the rear view mirror rather quickly.
