I'd agree that if enough people jump on the bandwagon then there might well be a thump. That said, the Brexit soap shows no sign of coming to the end of its run so I would expect increased volatility and not that many straight lines.

Yes, the UK economy will benefit from stability but the EU has been improving more quietly for quite some time - it seems to me that the debate is along the lines of whether that improvement is really going to help Sterling or hinder it and in the meantime every time a new negative implication of Brexit is recognised there'll be a jolt. So, all in all: dunno🙂
