Oil WTI looking bearish to me....I don't feel the down move last week played out fully, think we could end up in 45 - 46 region. OPEC pronouncements having a limited affect...cry wolf and all that...lets see

I reckon we have oil price warfare here. US piling pressure on OPEC agreement. Just a hunch but I don't believe they want it to succeed.
