Without wanting to slander Traderdante I believe he sells his signals on line along with a few of the other guys at his prop firm.

Not complete nonsense. Check Dantes posts and you will see he mentions it. They may have made Tens of millions but not quite the Hundreds of Millions or even billions from trading that you seem to intimate puts you in the super trader category and thus not a signal vendor.

Your argument has more holes than a watering can my friend and you don't seem able to stay consistent. On one hand Dante is a superb trader who wouldn't stoop as low as to sell his signals (when he has stated himself that he does)

I seem to recall TD saying that one of his colleagues in the office puts signals into a collective2 performance tracking system for subscribers to follow.

Seems sensible to me, if his trades are profitable and dublicateable, extra money for something he does every day for his living.

Yeah lets face it most people at prop firms end up failing too, its no different there than anywhere else, many feel called, few are chosen.

But one thing is clear, if you can make all the money in the world thru your own trading the last thing you'll do is create slippage for yourself because you're selling it on for absolute peanuts.

If so his calls were real time, but way before he started his daily chat and when he was only doing his monthly live trading he clearly said back then he that he doesn't want too many people in the room because of slippage, so that in the current context only makes the whole venture even more ridiculous, hehe.

Although there was also this trading system or black box or whatever you want to call it called aberration or sthg - basically bollinger band breakouts with a trend following approach over many different markets - that apparently earned quite some good money for early signers-on - one Mark Johnson earned a cool million with that and showed his statements, but then it stopped working when it had too many subscribers, anyway, that was daily signals, market on open or on close or sthg, off of daily charts anyway, that was a big theme in boards some years ago.

I think most vendors use the word 'indicator' in thier marketing campaign because it sells better to the numpties in life. It traps people into thinking that once they see the indicator working they can go away and replicate the procedure, when in fact it was all in the PA.

Tencorp is presumably trying to prove that his "system" is worth the money it costs and I am trying to prove that a strategy offered for free can stand up to the challenge. The only outlay you need to learn it is time.

I just think that if someone promises X amount per week/month/year as a result of their system or their teaching then they ought to prove it before charging. There are very few vendors that will put their **** on the line and say: "OK, I'll make a statistically significant number of live calls to prove I can make money" And why wouldn't they do this? They don't need to reveal anything about how their system works to do so and would, without a doubt, increase the number of sales. Plain and simple reason is that their systems don't work consistently.
