yes . There are other people on the BB who can convert the ELA code to TS format . Perhaps they can help you out

Just download the ELA file and TS8.3 will recognise it and it will work ( as that's what I've done ). If your stuck, just give me a shout and I'll send you the ELD.

I've attached the globalvariable.dll file.... go into the folder of TS 8.3 build xxxx... and then open the program folder.......... from there just insert the dll file into that folder and it should work from there.

In Sierra you can at least set up the basic MACCI to appear on charts.
