7 51 am on EJ and EU - was scalp buys again

This is also effecting GU - as dollar weakness come in again after it drop

With the London Open only 5 mins away at 8 00 am - I am now going to wait until after the hour change for the next scalps - just in case more trickery on the hour

So far the EU and EJ have been the easiest this morning - with GU not so easy - as PS in a different set up

To explain the set ups on the EU and EJ

Prior to the EO at 7 00 am - they were bearish with new lows

After 7 00 am we had scalp buys and then new lows held 30 mins

We then had HL's at 7 48 am ish and then scalp buys from 7 51 am - start of the LO time window

In the last approx 60 mins - EU as risen 50 pips and EJ approx 60 pips

Taken out on 30% stop in profit - looks like scalp buys after the EO at 7 03 am on EU and EJ are stronger than just 5 -7 pip moves for now

This was my main clue - comment at 7 13 am

The initial scalp buys after EO - were not just small 5 -7 pip moves

Was not able to keep 100% stake on buys though as dropped to 30% stakes with stops in profit and then added after 7 51 am and took another 70% off for 8 00 am LO - in case we got the silly spikes from manipulation and trickery again

Its important now that the EU stays above 1217/20 on pullbacks if it going to try and remain in a bullish PS for the next hour or more.

EJ - From 6 21 am to 8 15 am this Morning

Just as a tip - stick a down TL on it from 138 51/2 down to 36 and extrapolate - as another dynamic LitS besides horizontal levels

I took my first scalp sell on this pair at 6 21 am and then 6 50 am

After 7 03 am it was scalp buy time

The comment above on the TL was important

I have marked it on my 1 min LR chart

Its again line static LitS - but being dynamic it gives you extra levels

Under the TL was sells - above the TL and then also the static LitS favoured buys

Yes agree - I had scalp sold it before the EO - but after the hour change and low - all change - with what a 60 pip rise from its morning low

All trick stuff again - ie a new LL just before the EO to get more bears in - and then the sting and the market fries them -

Have a good session N - will say GU was great for scalping - but not nice for anyone trying to find a nice swing on it with tight stops

for anyone who is interested in how F trades this is a great thread as a guy called TRO joins half way though and tries to programme F's key rules on MT4

Programmers need concrete rules to programme systems ..............they are scientifically focussed and cannot have any subjectivity in the mix ..........that's why its such a specialised field

TRO is a legend on many many trading forums and I have worked with him in the past myself ...................in fact he built some basic forex strengthmeters in the early 2000's where we first chewed the Cud on that subject..........genius and he really pushes F re questions and observations ...........classic stuff !

anyway by watching the interplay between F and TRO I think puts a lot of bones on F's approach....

it brought me a lot more of an insight........... and suggest traders take a look

LitS at 123 35 - 40 area

Price atm at 123 43 ish

R levels at 123 55/60 then 75/80

Supports at 123 30 and 123 15 ish and then 123 00 area

It as been a scalp sell since after 6 51 am - but not in it as focused more on EU and EJ for scalping

Did not initially take scalp sell - but jumped in under 123 43 for 7 pips

We need under 35 and 29 to look at more scalp sells - otherwise still above the LitS level for now

We never went under 123 33 and from after 8 09 am more scalp buys kicked in from 38 to take us up to 62 at 8 30 am - and ready for another scalp sell under 59

Can we stay above the LitS level and buy again next ?

Noticed its high at 138 90 as actually held over 30 mins - favouring pullbacks and scalp sells

Now interim supports above the LitS level at 57 to 62 - if they let go - then next its the 40 /45 test

The high at 1249 as held for 30 mins and we have so far stayed above 1217/ 20 - so far 24

I need above 46 and 54 to be scalp buying again and under 20 and 17 to take more scalp sells

in between - will just wait in case it goes into a BTTZ

The PA on that pair as turned uglier this last hour

It was OK for scalping earlier on and it as been doing LL's and LH's - but the PA is so bitty and not nice really - OK for quick scalps etc - but not on my top 3 list for now

Not traded at all this morning

LitS level at 7720 to 7730 - above and below etc

Interim R's at 35 - 42/45 and 50/55

Supports at 7715 and 7700/05

Will just wait for it to show its colours more and not scalping it for now

Scalp buys kicked in again around 9 29 / 9 30 am on EU and EJ

All as slowed down for now and really we have to remember its a Monday morning and we have had a bit of action from the Opens - and now it might get a bit boring

I hope it does not - but saying that I am out just before 10 am for an hour so will not be doing a lot of scalping this next hour

We have had HH's and HL's on the EU and EJ - but be careful on interim highs and time rules etc

Hope to get a couple of hrs in after 11 00 am and then again after 2 30 pm
