But to me this is a other scam to get more money out of me this company said that it was all above board as the people that where the share where register are call Henry West

You are spot on, this is another part of the boiler room scam. The FSA has already issued a warning about this outfit. They are just attempting to get an advanced fee from you then they'll disappear. Have you reported the matter to Operation Archway at City of London Police?

The numbers you were given for UK customers were probably skype-in numbers meaning they could be answered anywhere in the world. I'd be very surprised if the people you contacted were in the UK.
