FX Trade Setups, Entries, Management and Exit

Tough to find anything that has a definitive trend. Those that do are already well into their moves and don't offer particularly attractive R:R. The majority either are or have already regressed to their means and are gravitating around them.

Possibly a good opportunity for breakout plays.

I am reminded of my primary trading rules: Cherry Pick. But when all the fruit on the tree is mouldy, the one with the least imperfections is, by definition, the best of the bunch.

Being a little unkind to nzd/jpy as it has crossed it's bias from long to short on all levels and although I may have got into a short reversal a little early, it's cleaner than anything else currently on offer.

I'll get in before anybody else: Cherry Pick does not mean take the best of a bad bunch, but take only the very best.

Does that mean I'm going to ditch my nzd/jpy short? No.

nzd/jpy still seeming to find resistance on the century level at 84.00.

I've not moved into profit since taking this trade an hour ago, but have no technical basis nor discretionary instincts for pulling it.
