Hey finally sorted connection problems it was my sky box trying to send data!!!

closed at 32 i.e down trendline....charts havent really change...5 min looks overbought but 10 has some room to go plus if the 60 crosses back up we could be well in the way to Bonsais target:)

Lockstock, not sure its a valid triangle, think is just two trendlines that meet...and look like a triangle....if it was assuming a break out at the apex we would be looking at 4500 as a target....but thats too far into the future to worry about.

Better get back to the troops on the other BB....see you later

we now seem to have filled the gap from yesteday
so nothing new there.

but I have a new gap apeared at 4322/4

bonsai

sorry - been elsewhere.

yes, I can open file(s). I've saved 2 - one as gif, one as jpeg. In
properties they show as "gif image", "jpeg image" respectively.
Still T2W doesn't recognise them as valid gif or jpeg files.

Like fluke I don't want to interfere with the main preoccupation of
the day so maybe try after hours?

me too barjon
ok, later

crunch time soon I think.
the low today was the end of 'c' making abc/ A
now we may have seen B
that would account for its steepness in climb.

so watch out, this may be the start of big C.
which would mean a new low, maybe tomorrow.

much seems to depend on what happens if/after we fill my gap.

Bonsai,
If your analysis proves correct, then hungrybear's observation that the FTSE100 is doing regular 78% retracements has struck again.
Move from 4352.6-4283.4, using 78% retracement=4337.
FTSE 100 peaked at 4337.7 at 13.32pm.

that's almost spooky ?
anyway, cant be sure it did fill the gap. It seemed to spike into it
but that may not be enough.

well they strung out this afternoon with some strange support at 9780 on thew dow..still holding after about 7 attempts in the 10 min chart over the last 2 days. My charts look ready to roll over imo. I think even if the US moves up this evening we will turn soon after the open tomorrow. The down trend seems to be holding it all in check quite easily. I guess tomorrow will be the decider. If we gap up above the down trendline maybe the 60s is a possible target but cant see a new high on this move.

it does seem weak at the moment
but the dow doesnt need to do much to break its top line ?
40 pts or so ?

maybe ftse is waiting for the dow to break first.

BUt based on todays correlation the Dow could go to 9950 and the FTSE would still on test it's highs at 4390-4400.

scratch, scratch. I've saved as bmp. it opens ok but doesn't seem
to travel well when the chart disappears . You're so clever
Hooya!!!! why can't I do it too.

I've tried saving as gif, or jpg and the files open. They open in photo editor even though I've altered the default to open in paint
which might tell the trained mind something.

but you havent uploaded them as gifs...make sure you uploaded the gif version and not the bmp version
