All very nasty, but no real cause to panic just yet - although getting near a muffled scream on the daily

I don't know, but I suppose that positions get liquidated, once a threshold is reached.

Currently all indices plunging.

ASX(4330) and Hong Kong(21350) close to key support.
Market may look to take out stops, before move back up.
Looking for 4450/55 high on ASX.
Lot's of China data around midday.
CPI, Fixed Asset Investment ytd/y & Industrial Production y/y are the key one's.

Market may look to take out stops, before move back up.
Looking for 4450/55 high on ASX.
Lot's of China data around midday.
CPI, Fixed Asset Investment ytd/y & Industrial Production y/y are the key one's.

Stops taken out at the open, then 4450 hit in 35 mins.
On the sidelines for China data.
Good data could see ASX hit 4470/5

Have FTSE value of 5,808 to current ASX, FTSE 5774 in Asia currently.
Might be some upside into Hong Kong close which would support.

Small Long Trades on FTSE and Cac just a few seconds prior to 21.00 GMT last night after a flurry of downwards movements in the minutes before Dow Cash Close.......
FTSE reversed the losses after 21.00 so sitting on a nice position already with Stop up to even......

Yep I'm expecting a small further move northwards until around 08.15 GMT and a stall thereafter in all European Asset Classes...
