Load of ol bollo*ks. GB football team lol. How many Welsh and Scotch in there. Not that I mind that too much but you know still that's not the point. Secondly the whole football thing in the Olympics is toss. If Suarez gets injured with a leg break and is out for the season playing for Uruguay for a friggen bronze medal against Azerbaijan I won't be happy 🙁

Dow is bearish, but it is not oversold. going by the pivots it has a long way to go higher before it can be bullish. think dow bounced from a 38.2% fib on 3 month close price chart.for instance today on FTSE we have a mixed picture. although ftse currently 5531 implies Dow minus 50pts. the fib levels on SP500 give interesting levels for FTSE,

SP500 is 100% bearish , only news(fake or real) or manipulate it into short covering zone can make it go higher. also the AAPL guidance will be big number

Dow also bearish but not 100% bearish as SP500, Dow should outperform SP500.

Apple after the bell, will set the tone for Asia on Wednesday.
 
Dow 50% = FTSE 5446 level

also notice that DOw/sp500 tend to rally around 90mins before the close = 7.30pm uk time

Looks like another major low for global markets in August.
China share market now at 3.5 year lows.

BHP -0.10%
RIO -1.20%
Asian markets well off the lows.
Maybe bargin hunting or short covering.
One to watch is BHP, bounced off the $30.20 to $30.40 about 4 or 5 time in July in Aus trading.
If it takes out the $30.00 area, should mean BLT in London will take out the £17.00 area
This could take the FTSE a lot lower and the ASX200.
Might not play out until August, if it does.
Goes ex div and reports in Sydney and London sometime in August
40 to go Sydney

more weakness, just going to check how HSBC is trading in HK

RIO broke below bear flag level at 2975 think its headed a lot lower and warning us about global growth
