Dow looks like its going to 17,920. If it stops there it will form an inverted head and shoulders and look to be set for 18,150.
If it breaks 17,890 I think its a real downer, hundreds of points.

Apple - one of the biggest S&P companies is trading down almost 8% pre market and the S&P dont care. It aint going to be pretty at 2.30 today.

Anyone know what effect an -8% move on Apple should have on the S&P price?
The last info I have on it is
Every $1 move by Apple moves S&P 500 up or down 0.6526 point

Ze Germans did their best, but the Dowboys have woken up, and the S&P just dropped 1.5 points in the last 10 minutes. Thats going to drag the dax down.

Those Yanks also put Apple in the Dow (I presume to make it easier to manipulate both markets at once).

FTSE, Just been trading the S&R today, long and short. R 6273 - 6280. S 6260 ish. Made for a couple of steady trades.
Need to watch out now for the gyrations so staying out looking at either S 6290 - 6300 area or L 6230 - 50 area, if hit before deciding.
