This is something that worried me when we started the decline.. It seemed to me that the DOW had still not reached its target price.... I am waiting to see what happens when it does..

Dow is extremely strong. that and it being the first day of the month should be bullish in theory.

BP down 2.2% ftse100 has a huge hurdle to climb,
If FTSE is up 11pts while bp is down 2.2% this a great achievement
