momentous moment for dow, the opening high gets taken out. yippee a new paradigm

Dow up 70 points from test of 16,200 futures.
Will it stop for breath or are there more stops to take out.

cash 1859.2 would guarantee an up close for US markets

yesterday the russell 2000 iwm/rut were up strong, and had lead this down swing

cash high 1860.82

i had one of the lowest strength readings for dow on yesterdays close, this meant a pivot trigger would cause it to run far since it would cause majority to be wrong footed
