Was long @ 6672, 6677, an average gain of about 40 points.

nope, the market seemed to move once the eurostox bounced from a line that has become support.

think they want 16,000 dow

never ever be short this market,

notice the weird pattern on overnight dow, tight range waiting for breakout higher, maybe some big buyer buying everything , only let it back off 30pts from friday close.

think the brokers use pre 2:30pm as a time to clear stops and work some orders.

send it down to give sell signals then move it in true direction

how long before 17,000?

was reading book by richard duncan "dollar crisis" he wrote recent article saying fed needs dow at 20,000 for the wealth effect

Richard Duncan—author, former specialist at the World Bank and consultant to the IMF—says the Federal Reserve plans to stimulate the stock market by 10-15% each year for the next two years.

“My opinion is that credit growth will remain insufficient to drive economic growth and, therefore, the Fed is going to have to continue [its efforts] through fiat money creation; and their goal is 10-15% appreciation of the stock market a year in order to create a wealth effect and push up asset prices to create consumption and to drive the U.S. and global economy,” he explained in a recent interview with Financial Sense.

If Richard’s analysis is correct, that means the Fed has a target of around 20,000 on the Dow before backing off its quantitative easing program.

had to reduce target, recently pivot targets are not being met, fridays 968 and dow only got to and closed at 962 missed target by 4pts

so gap fill before we go higher?

Dont need to fill the gap just test 16,000.
Then take out the futures 16,000

IG daily 980call (closest to 977 buy pivot)

was 10p and would go to 90p if dow can hit target. (16,070-15,980)

postman there has been a strange pattern on overnight dow, a very narrow sideways price action before a slow grind higher during cash session, might be robots set on accumulate just guessing. seen it a couple of times.

Will wait a while to see what happens.
