I've just seen a price spike on the spread betters Dax 8596 up to 8670 (over 70 points) and straight back down again - one tick up one tick down.
I wont laugh in case someone lost money.

I dont believe it. Not the fiscal cliff AGAIN it always happens and they always resolve it 'at the last minute'. Its not news anymore.

technically it looks good for upside imo ....news skews of course so could go either way ....past volume is a worry

you don't see many of them and to be honest i'm a bit fuzzy how to trade ...i think similar to h&s so in this case the targ is around 14700 dow...best to check tho

trend test at 6450 area
supp 6420 area

i suppose a good out come in the US would give the market wings for now ....
