postman, do you set your line charts to show the close the low or the high ?

on the line chart I show the close.
Its useful for the one minute and hourly charts as this is what Joe public will see on something like the bbc or yahoo finance pages. And the markets are in the business of making the figures LOOK good to the public.

I use candles for myself.

Morning guys happy quarter end today will be fade rally in dax and dow for me those of you trading US indices remember its the Russell b rebalancing today expect very high volatility

morning everyone

FTSE can it take out yesterdays high? 6271

Dow close = FTSE 6250

for the bulls they need to look for 6292 as a target

NYSE margin debt declined to $377MM in May from April’s record reading of $384MM. This was the first decline on a monthly basis since last June.

Historically, margin debt has a strong correlation with the S&P 500 as investors tend to lever up as the market advances and the mood shifts from risk off to risk on. I often refer to this as evidence of a disaggregation of credit or the way credit is often employed in our economy for productive and unproductive uses.

from pragcap a great site

This posted on twitter think it makes great sense ! S&P has 4 gaps to fill on a daily would take it down 50 handles form here to fill them all. Also still gap to fill in dax to 89.

Morning Talbs and All

Nice call.

Cut 100% just below 8,000, last trade for the week, month and financial year.

Small DAX gap's are so sweet, out for dinner.
