Anyone scalping the FTSE Futures??

i only use PF's with standard OHLC bar chart.Nothing else.
Except the Modified Schiff PF when the original PF is too steep.

the think i like about pf is it takes some guess work from trend angles....

the thing with a PF is that there are stats asscociated with them..
there is an 80% chance of price reaching the median line of a PF.
The same stats apply to Mod Schiff PF's too!

EDIT:i believe you can use PF's on P+F charts too,although since leaving Stockcharts i have not used P+F charts.

as eurusd fell ftse surged. dollar is stronger taking up indices also

60 min and 240 min for swing trading
intraday 5/15/30 min.
looking at 30 min FTSE cash atm
potential wash in the making to me..needs to make highs above 7pm last night.
Up against the median line of the Mod Schiff(which is a trend barrier)
game on!

i can't get a median line close to price at the mo maybe this software is crap

30 min FTSE.
i have marked out the swing highs(green) and swing lows(brown)from which to draw the PF's(or Mod Schiff in this case as the regular PF was really steep)
if we can print higher prices than the last minor swing high then i reckon we have a wash(in purple..ooops,i mean blue!)
and higher prices ahead....in which case i will draw in the grey PF..poss. entry then could be in the black circle,with stops under the wash and target of grey PF median line
If new lows are made obviously longs out the window!

strong dollar should make us indices go up and make UK indices go down, how can that work in reality, ftse is 30pts below where it should be according to dow ftse ratio
