What is the country with the lowest capital gains?

I'm looking for a country (somewhere warm and pretty) that also has the lowest capital gains tax! Which is it? And how does the law work, are you taxed according to your country of origin, the country your bank is in OR the country you current reside in permanently?

I've decided that its too complicated working out ways to avoid tax and live in blighty. Why bother to battle your way through tax work arounds just to live in old blighty when there are hundreds of much better countrys out there where you can get more than just a shed for £200K.

Cheers

Good boy! Many smart ones have left way before you - here at T2W remain the dumbest of the dumb. Their problem? they can't turn on a dime and are Long and too scared to take their losses as Blighty continues to crash to the outer reaches of OUTHOUSE

T H A I L A N D = no capital gains tax = 100% all mine baby = yum yum yum

other fringe benefits:

great food, outstanding scenery, beaches, mountains, friendly cops, countryknown as LOS = Land of Smiles

and of course the best p**** the world has ever seen - soft, sweet, delicate, ultra-feminine, mellifluous voices, tight tight tight. They will also take care of you like you are a or THE KING. What do you have to do in return? Be the hunter aka provider of bacon and security. that's all a female ever wanted. MAN continues to be the true KING as in biblical times. The EST has forgotten this and is now steeped into MAN-bashing to such an extent that all middle-legs are retracted and scared sh*tless

Is there any other reason required> Heck NO :) :) :) :)

L O S = Land of Smiles = capital gains tax is zero ................... = Thigh-Land

but wait it gets better, way better. the way I play it is according to the currency exchange rate between the dollar and Thai Baht - buy stocks when Baht is weak and reversal is imperative and round the corner = my forte. then trend ride the wave to the top in stocks or futures trading solid uptrend and cash out and convert to USD or spend locally. A double whopper of a win.

A U S G E Z E I C H N E T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No place better.

Fck the West!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Soft, ultra-feminine, smooth, silky-smooth, delicate, mellifluous voices.

Thai girlfriends who were previously making 7,000 Baht per month (233 dollars per month) are now soooooooooo bloody independent of all the sh*t employers taking advantage of their good looks they can now tell 'em all to fck off. they make a ton of dough trading the SET50 Futures. All have accounts at the same broker where I trade. I set them all up.

7,000 Baht/month is now sooooo friggin far in distant memory its a joke. The best part? These girls take care of their own Ma and Pa like there's no tomorrow. I'm very much in favor of this as this is as it should be in Life. The 2 adults who gave life to us must be provided for in their old age. There is no social Security in Land of Smiles, and the fellas are not worth a sh*t, but the girls, they carry the responsibility for Ma and Pa.

Its an all around win for the Fibo. God looks and counts the number of dynamics Fibo is helping and he tells the angels of Commensuration, "leave him alone when you do your rampage on the West for sins of the past - you will not harm a hair on his head!!"

An angel turned me on to this song when in Koh Phi Phi - before the tsunami hit in 2004 and wiped out the entire island with a 20 meter wave that killed ALL. I was not there having left on some abstruse reason wfor which there is still no explanation.
It boils down to, "HE would not let it happen!" the girl, by being with me, was saved too. She reminds me of this and says her life belongs to me forever - and boy does she do stuff for me. :) :)

The exchange rate between the Thai Baht has killed hundreds of thousands of Brits and Americans. But not Fibo. Why? Because they don't know about trading, but Fibo can ride both Long and short while waiting for the INVESTMENT bottom to enter the long upwave that will last for the next 70 years.

Now dig this: See chart below of the US Dollar versus Thai Baht. Can you dig how Fibo is getting ready for the big play?

Oh my oh my this will be huge. Property prices will come down to 10 cents on the dollar and Fibo will be buying houses left and right to give to the girls - free and clear, no friggin shady banks involved - they will all go downtown and get a CHANOTE title of ownership. Nobody can mess with them then. Not even the govrnment.

If the day comes I ever leave Thigh_land, it will be with me leaving with 5 bucks in my pocket - hahaahahahahaha and that will make me very happy - can you imagine the necessity level to go back to work and earn more? hahahahaha

count tis in as a part of capital gains tax free as it reduces stress to such an astronomical level that you're riding the clouds ............... Fibo does at last 2 times a week for a 3 hour session each time. No hanky panky as I always take a girlfriend with me, its smuch more fun to go to such a venue with someone special .................

"capital gains tax in Malta can actually be less than the standard 35%. "

Henry have a look at this article highlights the capital gain tax rates in Malta - https://www.welcome-center-malta.com/tax-on-capital-gains-and-losses-in-malta/ Hope it helps

I would advise looking beyond capital gains especially in Malta. The typical setup here, irrespective of whether it is for trading the financial markets or any other business, is an operative Maltese company and a holding in let's say Cyprus. The Maltese company pays 35 % in tax but the Cypriotic Holding receives 6/7 of this back in line with the Maltese tax refund system, lowering the trader's corporate tax to just 5 %. As a non-dom resident, he could then receive the money tax-free in his non-Maltese bank account and would only be taxed at the ordinary income tax level for the money he/she remits to Malta. There are ways of lowering even that a wee bit further by utilising the special tax regime under the Maltese residence program. That's at least the rough outline, details need to be made in accordance with a qualified tax specialist.
