What kind of data was released? Is this a shock reaction (so back into that triangle dentist) or was something fundamental said to put as back into the daily downchannel?

US Consumer confidence came in lower than expected.

triangles in p/f usually arise froom the market waiting for some news.when it has been digested,you can get a reaction in the other direction.does not always happen

Big drop in the markets, shocked to see cable reach 16700 😀 Can the SPX break some resistance @ 916, VIX up 4.5%... Gonna sit on the sidelines and see how this plays out me thinks..

Also, I'd be careful with a long at 4220 unless you see a definite failure to breach it. We've tried it 5 or 6 times now, this time could be the straw that breaks the camels back, so to speak.
