Hey did you ever have any joy with this ? I also invested money for myself and my son. Kissed goodbye to it but would be nice to know if you went to the police ? Ripped off big time !!
After some serious digging, I discovered that the original engineer behind this project was allegedly
robbed and harassed for years by the same individuals now involved in what appears to be a massive fraud operation. I now personally believe they
embezzled a large sum of money and funneled it into launching the site
AstroMust.com.
Although the founders’ names aren’t directly listed on the site, I was able to trace several of them through
domain histories and old business records tied to previous ventures. From what I’ve found, it looks like
$600,000 from
Uvo Coin was redirected into the development of AstroMust — which strongly suggests
money laundering and embezzlement.
One name that continues to surface is
Rico Folcarelli, whose company Eco Plant SRO Europe and FM Wealth Management was featured in this
New Zealand Herald exposé on international investor scams:

He was even
caught on video using a fake name during one of the scam calls :

Through contacts in Toronto, and speaking with victim in the news article and video above, I’ve confirmed that
multiple arrests have been made, and some individuals have already
pleaded guilty. One of them is
Amir Samoodi who was convicted by jury last year, whose brother Jeff Samoodi reportedly owned a nightclub called heat nightclub and a
Coffee Time franchise in Whitby Ontario. Amir Samoodi
is expected to serve prison time soon. Its not a coincidence the club closed around the time he was arrested.
What really connects this all together is that the
people currently running AstroMust in Toronto are affiliated with these same individuals — including Samoodi. This isn’t just coincidence. I strongly believe we, as
Uvo Coin holders who were scammed, should
reach out to the prosecutor handling Amir’s case. If we share our stories and evidence, it might help trigger a
wider investigation into AstroMust and where that stolen crypto and our cash really went.
I was also told that Rico Folcarelli diverted both the
Uvo Coin funds and
stolen video game production funds into various ventures, including
hemp businesses and a
pink sheets company called
Stemtech. The original shell for this firm was allegedly registered under
Gustavo Americo Folcarelli and the name Globe Netwireless before it was transformed into its current form. A little bit of online research shows clear ties to their other projects like
CBD Seed Europe and
JupiterSeed.com — a site that once appeared to be exposing their activities before mysteriously vanishing.
Can anyone here help us figure out how to get a copy of the court file from Canada regarding Amir Samoodi’s case? This could be key to proving the connection and pushing for justice.
