Time-Frame diversification

I trade daily TF when I see an opportunity.
And 15 mins the rest of the time.

But , for me the discipline for daily is way way tougher.
Holding on through the pullbacks to stay n a trend (however brief)
is tough.
And when money is made easier (or proportionately bigger)
on the shorter TF, trading daily
really is mainly a lesson in discipline and patience in waiting for trades
then waiting for an optimum time to stay in a trade.
Would it be easier if I only looked at the charts EOD?
Could be.
Maybe thats the holy grail.
But its not gonna happen.
Not yet anyway

with equities i like to hold for a few days, to a few months to years, with forex im mostly in and out same day. but mainly my mind is this, i hold until the position i have is not gonna make me much more money, day trading can be incredibly stupid short term, diving in and out of positions, i mean, if your trade works from am to near close, its going further in the direction you want it to, then why not keep it on? looking at 1 hr trends really is a mugs game, all the big moves evolve over weeks and months.

I am happy to show you my current trade that isn't a demo. This one has a good chance of turning into a reasonable winner.

That's a good way to do it.

But the discipline comes aplenty when you see that downwave on Daily aka the inevitable correction to at least 40% of the move - for you see, if the trend is up and extant, the first law of trends is in your favor, namely "the trend tends to continue" - you've gotta milk this concept - once in a while you will get raped but this is always in the BEND IN THE TREND. Its an occupational hazard.
