between 2 redlines only 80 bars.

based on that counting, I use 21 bars for month have 31 days, 20 bars for month have 30 days and 18 bars for feb ( not leap year ) and 19 bars for leap year.
here is my delta based on rule
between 2 highs - point for low delta, between 2 lows - point for high delta.
