I have mailed you an excel sheet which I 've made to calculate the stop and the number of shares to be traded (based on your post)- is there a way how I can make the TS input the variables into the excel sheet automatically?

I have seen some stuff on the TS support forum with zip files of example spreadsheets with links from TS to Excel. I haven't tried it and it might require fairly recent version of TS but it's probably worth doing a search.
