I am considering shorting Penny Stocks. Can anyone find any problems with this strategy?
Find good candidates with good volume, in a down draft, with a likely poor performance outlook. Set a stop at ~50%, and reset as it drops (or use a trailing stop if available). It seems Tim Stykes has done it successfully, but it must not be as easy as I think?
