Binary Options are a Hoax! read why!

This is because whatever you are supposedly "trading" is never traded or executed into any real exchange or live market! There are never any real prices (bid or offer) quoted. There are never any execution or fill prices quoted from any exchange by the Binary Broker.

The Binary Option broker you are suppposedly "trading" with is always taking the other side of your 'bet'. You are not "Trading" You are actually "Betting" against a system that is cleverly designed to churn and burn your account.

It may seem that you are trading real currency pair options or whatever the broker is trying to con you into believing you are trading, when in actual fact, you are just throwing your money away, just like on a poker / slot machiine or at a casino. "The House Always Wins". YOU LOSE!

All Market Maker brokers who take the other side of your trade make the majority of their money from your losses. Sadly this includes the majority of CFD providers and Forex Brokers too!

Where a broker does not charge any fees, brokerage or transaction costs, they are making all their money from client losses. They already hold your money when you make a deposit. They take the other side of your transaction. Whenever and however you lose, it goes into their ledger!

In the case of Binary Options, they ensure you always lose......EVERYTHING!

This is why there are so many complaints about Binary Options world-wide.
This is also why nearly all Binary Options providers are registered in some dodgy place like CYPRUS, VANUATU, THE BAHAMAS etc. In places such as these, rules are lax, and compliance is almost non existant!

They would be deemed illegal by any serious financial services or market regulator, such as those in the USA, UK, Singapore, Canada or Australia.

If any broker you are considering using is not fully domiciled, registered, accredited and regulated in your home country, do not use them.

Just good old fashioned properly regulated stock brokers who make real transactions into real live markets.

Well, to me binary options seem more like financial pyramids rather than casino. Whereas in casino it's almost impossible to win real money unless you cheat a system somehow, in pyramids it's more possible, the main challenge - is to quit at the right time.

Some good news for a change - CTFC sued Banc de Binary and now the binary options broker will be paying $11 million dollars in fines - $7.1 million in disgorgement and restitution, $2 million in civil penalties to the CFTC and $1.95 million in SEC civil penalties. As part of the settlement agreement, Oren Laurent, the broker’s founder, will pay $150,000.

From the settlement money, some $9.05 million will be used for the establishment of a fund, which will be used to repay harmed investors.

So many gullible people get taken in by scam artist reviewers on YouTube claiming that Ultimate4Trading and Copy Buffet are the best binary options products they've ever seen. These guys really need to be exposed (Keith from Option Xpert and Louis at Trusted Binary Reviews) must be responsible for scamming thousands of people with their affiliate links for these scams.

Heres why.....of the 100 trades I tested, 56% resulted in a WIN with a fixed 72% return per trade. 41% resulted in a LOSE with a fixed 100% loss of all capital per trade. 3% resulted in a TIE with a zero outcome. Lots of CHURN and a very slow, long and painful BURN!

It's called binary cos only 2 outcomes: it's either 100% win or 100% loss of stake, the 72% win indicates they're taking 28% commission whether they state that or not. Although it's ridiculous charge, it appears to be legitimate.
(The ties are the rare times the price ends same as when you entered).

I doubt it's that simple. 72% win most likely indicates the amount by which you've increased your bet. Not to mention brokers most always take comission for binaries.

to clarify:
stake £100
win £72
Lose £100
the binary bet is win or lose 100, you only receive 72 (increased bet to 172 - by 72), the remainder is alleged commissions. no commissions as far as the other poster stated on losing trade?? (not sure if this is same for other binary brokers).

I didn't have any issues with eztrader. I have experience trading binary options with different platforms and when I traded with eztrader I always got their support for any issue. I believe that if you, me or anybody else who don't understand something, you should ask the support before you do mistakes, make sure you know and understand what you are trading and what you are risking.

Yhsok you should see all the comments (or at leat the first ones) to see all the fraudulent actions EZ Trader and Ultimate4trading did before commenting that.
I agree you should ask the support of a TRUSTED broker yhsok. But it's obvious the support of a fraudulent broker will always "help" you.
I just got worried about someone talking good things about EZ trader. They're bulding an important fraudulent "business". Everyone stay away.

I even make fun of their support asking them uncomfortable questions or even flirting to see what they say ... but they're normally autobots (personally I think it could be another way to detect a scammer, in certain situations --- the autobot thing, not the flirting thing---).
