I like the idea of picking the best times to trade. Hopefully this will increase the odds of winning. US lunch time is usually fairly flat. I like it when the European markets open to midday here.

No trading for me today unless it is an unusually late trade for me. Got badly distracted 5mins into the RTH session and have not been able to tune in properly. Always bad for me trading when not tuned in, so will preserve my capital for tomorrow.
